In the Porte mobile banking app, find the Direct Deposit Authorization form with your routing and account numbers. Provide the information to your employer's payroll department to complete the Direct Deposit setup process and you'll receive your paycheck up to 2 days faster.1


Find Account Information

If your employer has the ability for you to set up Direct Deposit using your company’s online HR portal, you will need to provide your account number and routing number. It’s that simple to start getting paid up to 2 days faster1 with Direct Deposit.

When you have a Direct Deposit of $1,000 or more in one calendar month we’ll also waive your next monthly fee!3

Yes, unemployment benefits can be direct deposited into your Porte account.

In the Porte app, tap the menu in the top right and navigate to Direct Deposit. There, you will find your routing and account numbers.


  1. Faster funding claim is based on a comparison of our policy of making funds available upon receipt of payment instruction versus the typical banking practice of posting funds at settlement. Fraud prevention restrictions may delay availability of funds with or without notice. Early availability of funds requires payor’s support of direct deposit and is subject to the timing of payor’s payment instruction.

  2. Standard data rates, fees, and charges may apply. Consent to receive electronic account disclosures required to use the app.

  3. Monthly fee waived with qualifying Direct Deposit(s) totaling at least $1,000 in the thirty-five (35) days preceding the date on which the monthly fee is assessed.

  4. Add money fee is waived at participating ACE Cash Express locations if you have received a qualifying direct deposit (no dollar minimum) within the immediately preceding thirty-five (35) days. A direct deposit (no dollar minimum) to the account within the immediately preceding thirty-five (35) days is required. See store for details. Although this feature is available at no additional charge with qualifying direct deposit, certain other transaction fees and costs, terms, and conditions are associated with the use of this Account.
